ClientFollowUps was founded by Jakody Huckaby after spending years working inside the software industry, supporting hundreds of businesses. During that time, he saw how messy, complicated systems and overwhelmed front desk teams made follow-up unreliable — leading to missed calls, unreturned leads, and opportunties quietly falling through the cracks. Even great businesses were losing revenue not because of a lack of demand, but because their processes weren’t built to keep up.
